Daniel G. Cantone, Esq. Attorney and Counselor at Law Adjunct Professor of Legal Studies Dan
was admitted to the New York bar in 1982 and has worked in small firms in the Syracuse area since he became licensed to practice
law. Domestic relations dispute resolution has been the primary focus of his efforts after establishing Cantone Law
Firm, P.C. in Camillus during 1995. Prof. Cantone has also been a faculty member at Syracuse University in the Legal
Studies department continuously since 1985. As both an adjunct college instructor and a national and regional speaker
for law, business, and academic groups, Dan remains abreast of changes in relevant decisional, statutory, and regulatory law--which
benefits the diverse clientele of the office. Although considered a seasoned veteran in the courts of Onondaga County
and surrounding jurisdictions, Dan has received in-depth training and experience in the practice of Collaborative Law.
Among his activities are service as a founding Board member and current Vice President of the CNY Collaborative Family Law
Professionals, as well as participation in the American, New York State, and Onondaga County bar associations, International
Academy of Collaborative Professionals, American Association for Paralegal Education, and the Legal Writing Institute.

Patty
is the Real Estate and General Practice paralegal for the Firm. Most clients will communicate with Ms. Murphy regularly when buying and selling residential or commercial real
estate properties. Her liaison with clients, lenders, realtors, and other offices is instrumental in making each conveyance
streamlined and expeditious.
Patience Brandt Legal Secretary
Penny is the receptionist for the Firm and private legal
secretary to attorney Cantone. She has major responsibility for initial and on-going client contact and communications.
Ms. Brandt also handles scheduling, billings and account inquiries, whenever necessary.
